A hot topic in the world of blogs and wikis is the use of media files. At Bath spa there’s also interest in using a blog alongside a Minerva course.
If there’s time I’ll cover both these topics and we’ll also have a look at other social networking sites. (Why should students have all the fun?)

Those of you who came to the first workshop may shudder at this name, as the Edublogs site was down on the very day we wanted to use it. However, I’m pleased to say they came back with an apology and are back in business. I still think they have a very good offering for bloggers, especially if you want to use media files, so I am happy to recommend them again.
The next workshops are on March 19th (p.m.) and March 26th (a.m.)
Thanks to all those who came yesterday (12th) and had a go. It would be good to hear how you get on with your blog and wiki projects. Why not leave a comment here to tell me? If you get anything up and running I’ll make a link to it from here. It would be nice if you could also fill in our feedback form.
